For a brief period, cities transform into a fairytale landscape, with fluffy pink clouds lining the streets and pale petals carpeting the sidewalks. This fleeting beauty sparks a nationwide celebration known as <em>hanami,<\/em> or flower viewing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">During <em>hanami<\/em>, people gather under blooming trees to eat, drink, and admire the delicate blossoms. Our tour will take you to some of Tokyo&#8217;s most renowned cherry blossom viewing spots, where you&#8217;ll witness these trees in their full splendor. At one location, we&#8217;ll host our own <em>hanami<\/em> party, complete with traditional sweets and tea enjoyed beneath a canopy of pink petals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">The experience continues with a scenic <em>hanami<\/em> boat ride along the canals around the Sumida River. Light lunch on its open terrace<\/li>\n<li>Go to the Imperial Palace Chidori-ga-fuchi moat to see the amazing cherry trees along its banks<\/li>\n<li>Go to Shinjuku Goen Park, stroll through its Japanese garden, enjoy more sakura photo opportunities as well as a Hanami snack under the blooming trees<\/li>\n<li>Go to Meguro River Sakura Festival. Stroll by the river and the beautiful cherry trees on its banks. Stop for a glass of the traditional for the season pink champagne and strawberries and once it&#8217;s dark take even more stunning photos of the trees made even more magical by the pink light of the lanterns.<\/li>\n<li>End of tour.
